Seriously good hot choccy. You can’t beat it!
INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons of Malt or Horlicks
4 tablespoons of cornflour
6 tablespoons of icing sugar
8 tablespoons of good cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
200g good quality dark chocolate
METHOD
1. Finely grate the chocolate, then add all ingredients to a large jar and give it a good shake.
2. Heat desired amount of milk on stove top, you need 2 and 1/2 heaped tablespoons of mixture per 250ml of milk, add chocolate mixture and whisk until hot and thickened slightly.
3. Pour into thermos or cup and top with marshmallows and grated chocolate.
4. Keep remaining mixture in an air tight jar.
