A genuine Didgeridoonas product should last you a very long time, should the product be cared for regularly.
This is because quality is our first priority. In a day and age where things are manufactured as cheaply as possible we have taken the opposite approach. Our products are all designed to last as long as possible. We would prefer that you get great use out of what you buy rather than wasting time and money to keep acquiring the necessary items to live daily. We are have and will continue to use only the best money can buy so that we can delivery the best money can buy.

Where are your products made?
Our Didgeridoonas products are manufactured in Fiji. Our parent company Eagle Outdoors Pty Ltd built a factory over there as part of business aid. Read more about this HERE.
What type of wool do you use on your products?
Our Didgeridoonas products use Australian wool sourced from the best suppliers.
Does the insulated coolers work well for both hot and cold drinks or foods?
All our coolers and cooler bags are great for both cold and hot food or drinks.
Whether it is to keep your water cool on a hike or keep your soup warm for lunch at work we have your covered!
What is oilskin?
Oilskin is a material that forms the majority of the exterior of our products. It is classed as a waterproof cloth.
Ordering & Delivery:
How long will delivery take?
Allow 3-7 business days for delivery if delivery address is in Australia. Allow 14-21 business days for delivery if delivery address is outside of Australia. This is dependant on our freighting organisations (Australia Post & others) whose service lead times do extend at times of large volume - like Christmas and large shopping events.
What happens after I place an order?
We aim to dispatch your within 48 hours. Excluding weekends. You will get an order tracking notification from Australia Post which will confirm expected delivery times.
How secure/safe is shopping on your website?
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
An invoice will be sent to your email address immediately after purchase. If you have an account your invoices will all be stored there indefinitely.
Is there a minimum order quantity on your products?
No, it does not matter if you are a retail or wholesale customer there are no minimum order quantities imposed.
Do you offer express postage or a drop ship service?
No, at this stage due to the unpredictability of postage we do not offer express postage.

Do you ship outside of Australia and if so how much would that cost?
We send our products internationally - delivery cost is calculated at the checkout.

How do I return an item that is faulty?
All returns - whether change of mind or a faulty item - the product needs to be returned to the place of purchase, if purchased in-store please return it to the store you purchased it from. If you purchased it online see more information on returns HERE.
