A warm and hearty meal for the family!
INGREDIENTS
Linguine or Fettuccini
3-4 garlic gloves, finely chopped or minced
50-60g of butter
180g raw prawn meat
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
METHOD
Cook linguine or Fettuccini as per the pack instructions
Meanwhile gently cook the butter and garlic in a frypan until soft.
Add prawns to frypan until they turn pink (do not overcook the prawns)
Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest
Once cooked, drain pasta and then toss in fry pan with prawn mixture
Add parsley and chilli flakes and mix well.
Divide between bowls and serve!
