Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Prices and Credit

1. Prices quoted do not include 10% GST.
2. Eagle Outdoors Group Pty Ltd, ACN 123 971 915/ABN 92 123 971 915 (hereafter referred to as Eagle Outdoors) reserves the right to determine whether it extends credit or not.  If credit is extended Eagle Outdoors reserves the right to determine amount and terms of that credit.
3. Prices are effective at date of order. They are subject to change without notice and where import duties, exchange rates, taxes quotas or government policy are varied subsequent to that date.
4. All accounts are strictly 30 days from statement date. Unless stated otherwise.
5. All overdue accounts carry a service charge of 1.5% per month.
6. All suggested retail prices (where quoted) are published purely as a guide and are in no way mandatory.

Conditions of Sale

1. Eagle Outdoors retains ownership of all goods and such ownership shall not pass to the buyer until all accounts have been paid in full.
2. Should the buyer fail to pay for the goods when due we reserve the right to recover possession of the goods and/or re-sell the goods without prejudice to any of its other rights and for that purpose to enter upon any premises used or occupied by the buyer.
3. From the delivery until the title so passes, the buyer shall take all necessary precautions (including maintaining appropriate insurance cover) to protect the merchandise from damage or loss.
4. No goods will be dispatched if the value of the order and/or any outstanding accounts exceeds the buyer’s credit limit.
5. Eagle Outdoors’ non-account customers are strictly on C.O.D Terms until credit application is approved by Eagle Outdoors.
6. The buyer agrees to pay all accounts on Eagle Outdoors’ terms and conditions of supply.

Freight and Shipping 

Freight is at customer expense and will be calculated and charged accordingly. 

N.B. Eagle Outdoors accepts no responsibility for goods lost in transit once collected by carrier.

Handling Surcharge for Small Orders

No minimum order applies.

Claims and Returns

Eagle Outdoors will recognize claims for shortages or faulty goods if reported within 14 days after receipt.  No claims will be accepted after this period. 

The following procedures for short or incorrect deliveries and damaged or faulty goods must be adhered to or claims will not be recognized:-

1. Notification to Eagle Outdoors within 14 days of receipt of goods.
2. Eagle Outdoors to issue Return Authority Number and instructions.
3. All items being returned are to be boxed and clearly marked with sender and receiver details.
4. All items are to have relevant copies of invoices and credit claims with return authority number and any other documents regarding the claim.

 All claims will be at Eagle Outdoors’ discretion whether to be credited, replaced, or repaired.  No change of mind returns will be accepted.    

Legal requirements regarding trademark protection

1. Whilst we support and encourage our authorised stockists to promote the Didgeridoonas products, selling these products online (through ecommerce websites, eBay, Gumtree, Amazon, Catch or any other online selling platforms) is prohibited.
2. The Didgeridoonas name and logos are registered trademarks and may not be used without written consent from Didgeridoonas;
3. All content displayed on the Didgeridoonas Website is protected by copyright, trade mark rights, and other intellectual property legislation and rights;
4. All content displayed on our Website is available for your personal use only and is not available for use for commercial or resale purposes, unless otherwise permitted.
5. Any unauthorised use of the material contained on this Website, including but not limited to downloading, copying, framing, modifying, displaying, publishing, distributing and reproducing this material for purposes other than personal use, may lead to prosecution under the relevant legislation.
