Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
It is important to note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Change of Mind
If you’re not happy with your purchase we will exchange to the value of the product purchased, less our actual outbound and inbound shipping costs. If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards,
- Care & Maintenance products that have been opened/used,
- Any product not in new condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or orginal proof of purchase from didgeridoonas.com.au.
Damaged of Faulty Products
Faulty items, or items shipped in error, may be returned for exchange with proof of purchase. Items purchased from a stockist or reseller store (online or physical) cannot be returned to this online store – these items must be returned to the place of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
How to Return your Item
For unwanted goods or faulty or damaged items which can be returned by post, please contact us using the form below to to provide us all the details we will need to process any return including the reason for the return. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them, at your own expense, securely packaged and in saleable condition (except damaged goods), to the Returns Address that will be provided. The cost of returning any product to Didgeridoonas is your responsibility.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Didgeridoonas does not guarantee that a replacement item will be recieved back to you in any specific timeframe as there can be unforseen delays in processing and postage.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We will make every effort to process items returned to Didgeridoonas within 3 business days of receipt at our office. Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer’s procedures. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
